The members become hotel staff and the audience become guests — assigning roles to a fan meeting.
That's where a fan meeting differs from a concert. A concert separates stage from seats; a fan meeting works to blur that line. A hotel makes the blurring natural, because a hotel is a place that receives guests.
The 360-degree shape
The stage opens on every side, with seats surrounding it.
In this structure there is no front. Every seat is the front, and every seat also sees a back. Whoever is on stage has to keep turning.
Staging is harder, but the distance shrinks. At arena scale, this is the surest way to close the gap between the back rows and the stage. Choosing this shape for a tenth-anniversary event means picking closeness over scale.
Ten years as a unit
The tenth debut anniversary is August 25. The fan meeting comes a few days earlier.
Ten years is a particular stretch for a group. Members who were young at debut became adults, and the early fans aged alongside them. In a room like that, the time is sitting in the seats too.
That the anniversary event is a fan meeting rather than a concert reads in that light. It's less about showing new stages than about checking the passed time together.

Fan club pre-sale opened in June and sold out immediately. At this point you're watching for returns.
Inspire Arena is near Incheon Airport. A late-August weekend can be congested, so allow extra time.
