KickFlip 'KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1'

It's KickFlip's first double title. According to the album introduction, '미완성 (Puzzle Piece)' is a question the members ask themselves, and 'Kick Off The Wall' is the answer they found. American artist iann dior features on 'Kick Off The Wall', and the closing track 8 is 'Kick Off The Wall' once more, without the feature. The rest are '0 (Young)', '휘청 (Rockin')', 'hate blueberry', 'Drop In' and '우리 같이 청춘을 낭비해' ('Waste It All With You'). The members are credited on all eight songs, title tracks included. It comes about half a year after the 4th mini album 'My First Kick' in April.

The '미완성 (Puzzle Piece)' music video, released first, had been played 5.57 million times as of October 1. From 1:17 the low end drops out for about three seconds as the song takes a breath, and at that moment the screen shows the members lying in a circle on the ground. That's the scene in our main photo. At 2:15, true to the English title 'Puzzle Piece', an ice-like puzzle piece appears.

YESUNG 'Where We Are'

An album timed to YESUNG's 10th anniversary as a soloist. It holds 12 songs on the theme of 'time', and YESUNG took part in writing the lyrics for 9 of them. SM Entertainment says YESUNG set the direction personally, from choosing the songs to the visuals and styling. The title track 'Pedazos' means 'pieces' in Spanish. It's a modern rock song about the tangled feelings left after a breakup, moving from a husky low register to soaring high notes. YESUNG has called it "a song that resembles our lives."

The B-sides cover a lot of ground too: the Japanese song 'まただよ', the Chinese song 'After the Dream (梦屿)', the city pop '순정만화 (And then, Tomorrow)', the modern disco '춤춰 (Let's Dance)', the band-driven '여우비 (The Rain Between Us)', plus '시간은 우리 편 (Time Will Heal)' and 'Ordinary Miracles'.

The pre-release 'Winds of Time' was our NONOL PICK on September 29. Listen for the three seconds at 2:52 when the low end briefly drops away and the sound opens wide to both sides.
