Five RESCENE songs on the Bugs weekly chart, for 10 weeks: scenes to watch first, from 'LOVE ATTACK' to 'Runaway'

Of the 100 songs on the Bugs weekly chart for the last week of September (September 28–October 4), five are by RESCENE: 'LOVE ATTACK' at number 3, 'Deja Vu' at 9, 'Pretty Girl' at 18, 'Pinball' at 30 and 'Runaway' at 38. The only act with more songs is DAY6, with six. Looking back through the Bugs weekly charts, this is the 10th straight week, since the last week of July, that all five have been in the top 100 together. RESCENE is a five-member group from The Muze Entertainment that debuted with 'UhUh' on March 26, 2024; the members are WONI, LIV, MINAMI, MAY and ZENA. We go through the five songs one by one and pick a scene to watch first in each. Scene times follow the videos on RESCENE's official channel.

The five songs' Bugs weekly ranks

Week	LOVE ATTACK	Deja Vu	Pretty Girl	Pinball	Runaway
May 25–31	35	–	–	–	–
June 29–July 5	5	39	–	–	55
July 27–August 2	1	10	9	98	32
August 31–September 6	1	9	13	38	36
September 28–October 4	3	9	18	30	38

For two weeks in mid-May, there wasn't a single RESCENE song on the chart. Since then, 'LOVE ATTACK' has topped the Bugs weekly chart four times, and 'Pinball', which entered at number 98, has climbed steadily to 30. A Money Today article on June 1 wrote that 'LOVE ATTACK' began climbing the chart again after content on member WONI's personal YouTube channel took off on social media. On October 6, Ilgan Sports reported that the response to the group performing many of its songs at outside stages such as university festivals was carrying over into the charts.

LOVE ATTACK · August 27, 2024

The first title track of the first mini album, 'SCENEDROME'. The album notes describe it as a song with a lovely, refreshing mood and a striking distorted guitar sound, carrying the message that "together, our worth shines even brighter." At 3:02 in the music video, a theater marquee on a night street reads 'TOGETHER, WE SHINE EVEN BRIGTHER (spelled as on screen) / AUG 27'. Beneath the sign is a heart-shaped wall made of flyers, and a member sitting in a giant seashell chair takes a selfie. Apple Music

Deja Vu · July 2, 2025

The title track of the single 'Dearest'. The album notes call it a song about walking down the road of memory while waiting for the moment you'll meet again someday, a pop dance track where a groovy bass line meets retro analog synths. At 1:39 in the music video, a member in a school uniform stands still at a railroad crossing at night, facing the camera, as a train with an orange stripe blurs past behind. Around 3:01, another crossing scene follows, with two people standing side by side in front of the lowered gate. Apple Music

Pretty Girl · July 8, 2026

A special single remaking 'Pretty Girl', which KARA released in 2008. The album notes say it keeps the original's cute, bubbly teen-pop feel while adding an arrangement as fresh as the scent of grapefruit, with distortion layered on the guitar to sharpen the outline. With this song, RESCENE won a music show for the first time since debut, on SBS Life's 'The Show' on July 14. At 2:03 in the video, a giant orange tabby cat with its front paws hooked over a pink curtained stage peers down for just over a second. Apple Music

Pinball · August 27, 2024

The second title track of 'SCENEDROME', introduced as an R&B song in which a girl facing a crush for the first time compares a clumsy heart to a pinball game. At 2:21 in the music video, with no one in frame, dozens of white balls pour out through a doorway and bounce across a wooden hallway floor lit in yellow. Apple Music

Runaway · April 8, 2026

RESCENE's first digital single. It was introduced as a song about breaking out of a world that had kept you locked in and finding true freedom, with dreamy guitars and futuristic synths over a driving rhythm. At 3:07 in the music video, the five, in white blouses, stand side by side on a mountain ridge with their backs to the camera as the sun hangs over layer upon layer of mountains. Apple Music

RESCENE has announced a comeback on November 3. On October 11, the group also takes the stage at the GHOST Festival at Imjingak in Paju; this weekend's shows are rounded up in our October 10 guide.
