The names behind the chart's 100 songs: six songs for TEDDY, five for KENZIE, and 52 written by the people who sing them
We counted every name in the lyrics, composition and arrangement credits of the 100 songs on the Bugs weekly chart. Of the 97 songs with credits, 52 carry the names of the people who sing them, and the person named on the most songs was the producer TEDDY.

Each song's credits list separately the people who wrote the words (lyrics), the people who made the melody and the frame of the song (composition), and the people who worked out which instruments play what, and how (arrangement). We gathered and counted every name in these three fields from the Bugs song information for the 100 songs on the Bugs weekly chart for early October (September 28 to October 4). Leaving out three songs with empty credits, that's 97 songs. On 52 of them, the singer or a member of the singer's group is credited for lyrics or composition. Among the other names, some came up again and again across several songs. The most anyone had was six songs.

Six songs · TEDDY
The person named on the most songs is the producer TEDDY, with six: ALLDAY PROJECT's 'CRASH', 'FAMOUS' and 'ONE MORE TIME', BIGBANG's 'BiiiG', G-DRAGON's 'HOME SWEET HOME' and BLACKPINK's 'JUMP'. The fields vary from song to song. On 'JUMP' and 'HOME SWEET HOME', the name is in lyrics and composition; on 'CRASH', in lyrics and arrangement. 'FAMOUS' has it only in lyrics, 'BiiiG' only in composition and 'ONE MORE TIME' only in arrangement. Five of the six songs also carry the name '24', and the composition and arrangement fields of 'JUMP' show the American producer Diplo too. The lead photo is from 2:03 in the 'JUMP' music video, where the four members dance in the middle of a crowd. Apple Music

KENZIE wrote the lyrics for all five songs that carry the name: Girls' Generation-HRS' 'Skibidi', aespa's 'Supernova', and Hearts2Hearts' 'Lemon Tang', 'FOCUS' and 'STYLE'. Five RESCENE songs · The Muze
Lee Joo-heon and Derful Kim appear in the credits with the name The Muze attached to both. The two are on all five RESCENE songs on the chart: lyrics, composition and arrangement on 'LOVE ATTACK', lyrics on 'Deja Vu', 'Pinball' and 'Runaway', and arrangement on 'Pretty Girl'. The story of the five RESCENE songs staying on the chart together is in our October 12 list. Apple Music
Five DAY6 songs · Young K and WONPIL
There are six DAY6 songs on the chart. Young K wrote the lyrics for all five that have credits listed, and WONPIL is in the composition field of all five too. SUNGJIN is on four, all but 'You Were Beautiful'. Hong Ji-sang, credited for composition and arrangement on all five, is a producer, not a member. The remaining song, 'Congratulations', has empty credits on Bugs. Below is the music video for 'Time of Our Life'. Apple Music
Lyrics for another act's song too · HANRORO
On top of three of HANRORO's own songs ('Landing in Love', '0+0' and 'Let Me Love My Youth'), HANRORO wrote the lyrics of NMIXX's 'Heavy Serenade' single-handedly. In the composition field, the name appears only on those three songs of HANRORO's own. The story of 'Heavy Serenade' is in our NMIXX starter guide. Apple Music
All four, words and music · LEE CHANHYUK
LEE CHANHYUK is named on four songs: AKMU's 'Paradise of Rumors', 'Joy, Sorrow, A Beautiful Heart' and 'How can I love the heartbreak, you're the one I love', plus the solo song 'Endangered Love'. The credits of 'Magnetic', released in March 2024, also include CORTIS' MARTIN and JAMES; on Bugs, those names link to the CORTIS members' pages. On CORTIS' own 'REDRED', all five members are credited for lyrics and composition. Apple Music
Composition on four songs · MLITE
MLITE is in the composition field of four songs: KiiiKiii's 'Pop Off Pop Off', CRAVITY's 'LOUDER', and IVE's 'BANG BANG' and 'BLACKHOLE'. All four list several composers together. Apple Music
Lyrics on three songs · Lee Seu-ran
Lee Seu-ran wrote the lyrics for TAEYEON's 'Bansanka', D.O.'s 'Popcorn' and CRAVITY's 'LOUDER'. 'Bansanka' puts Korean lyrics to a song by the Japanese singer-songwriter tuki. On 'LOUDER' alone, Lee Seu-ran and danke (lyrics) and MLITE (composition) all appear at once, and five CRAVITY members are in the lyrics field too. Apple Music
Several people are named on three songs each.
