'DON'T STOP', from the 11th EP by TEEN TOP, who debuted in 2010, is big room EDM that pushes forward on kick and bass. But the real fun of this song is in when it takes those two away. When the lyrics say 'Feel the bass line', it pulls the drums back, and the last chorus starts without bass. Today's NONOL PICK is this song, sung by the four members NIEL, CHUNJI, RICKY and CHANGJO.
The music video first opens with a 14-second scene of a red-sailed ship stranded in a desert, and the song starts at 0:15. Times follow the music video.
There are two places to listen for. First, at 0:47, on 'Feel the bass line, now we're running', the drums drop way down and the bass steps forward. Then at 0:57.8, as 'Three, two, one, explode it' ends, the drums and bass stop together. After 'Turn it up' is sung by voices alone, the beat drops back in all at once at 0:59.6. In between, at 0:58, spray bursts across the screen.
And 2:47. The last chorus, 'Turn it up, we run the night', starts with just drums and voices. The bass comes back only at 3:01 with 'Loud and loud', about fourteen seconds later. Meanwhile, the four members in black uniforms dance on a red floor with the mega crew of 50 or so that the album introduction mentions.
According to the Bugs credits, the song was composed by Dnvr and arranged by Dnvr and Luca Monfardini, and the member CHANGJO is among the lyricists. The EP also includes a DJ remix of 'Miss Right' (긴 생머리 그녀), a 2013 song. The release news is in the October 16 briefing. Apple Music

Leaving 1.6 seconds empty right before it bursts: A2O LITE's 'NEON'
A2O LITE's debut song. Right before the chorus and the final chorus burst in, it leaves the drums and bass out for a second or two, and before the second chorus for 3.6 seconds, more than twice as long. The music video splits into 'Stage 1, 2, 3'.

The song that says 'cry behind me' ends on 'stay in front of me': Roy Kim's 'CRY OUT LOUD'
A single Roy Kim wrote and composed alone. It opens on the voice with no intro, the bass, strings and drums pile up one layer at a time, and after the bridge thins out to guitar and voice, it swells again on '걱정하지 마 내 사랑아' (don't worry, my love). The arrangement and players share names with yesterday's NONOL PICK by KIM JAE HWAN.

On 'days you stop like me,' it really stops for 3 seconds: KIM JAE HWAN's 'Call It Love'
The title track of a single KIM JAE HWAN composed alone and played guitar on. For the first minute and 36 seconds the drums sound only a few times, and after '나처럼 멈추는 날이면' (on days you stop like me), the sound nearly stops for three seconds before the guitar and voice open the last chorus again.
