A hometown show is a different kind of night. People in the seats are likelier to know the performer, and some of them remember what came before the leaving.

That is what makes the phrase 'visiting run' odd here. Using it for a show by someone born in Korea means the term is keyed to where an artist is based, not where they are from. It is the expression that appears when origin and affiliation come apart.

Three cities in three days

Jeonju on the 11th, Daegu on the 12th, Seoul on the 13th. One city a day.

The travel is tight. You finish a show and have to be on stage in another city the next night.

In exchange, three cities fit into a single visit. For a group flying in, that is sound arithmetic — more audience without more days abroad.

A show title in French

The show is called 'Murmures d'après', murmurs of afterwards.

The title runs in Korean and French side by side, which is one option available to a Paris-based group playing in Korea.

A murmur is a small sound, and a common word in jazz. It reads as a claim about scale too: music that works at close range rather than in a large room.
