Not the title track, still on the chart: 10 B-sides, and DAY6's 'HAPPY' sits 13 places above its title track

Play an album from the top, and the title track usually comes early. We opened, one by one, the 93 albums behind the 100 songs on the Bugs weekly chart for the second week of October (5–11). Of the 54 albums with three or more tracks (not counting soundtracks), 24 put the title track at track 1 and 19 at track 2.

But 13 of the 100 songs carry no 'title track' mark in Bugs' album info. We left out three of them, AKMU's '소문의 낙원' ('Paradise of Rumors'), D.O.'s 'Popcorn' and NewJeans' 'Ditto', because their music videos came out five days to two weeks before their albums. Even so, 'Paradise of Rumors' sits at No. 31, two places above its album's title track, '기쁨, 슬픔, 아름다운 마음' ('Joy, Sorrow, A Beautiful Heart', No. 33). The remaining ten are below, in order of where they sit on their albums. All rankings are from that weekly chart.

Track 1 · Choi Yu Ree '생각을 멈추다 보면' ('When I stop thinking')

The first song on the November 2023 EP of the same name. Even though it shares the album's name, the title-track marks go to track 2, '단 하나' ('Only'), and track 4, '사랑에게' ('Dear love'). At No. 14, it's the highest of these ten. In March 2025, a separate live video of the song went up on Choi Yu Ree's channel. Apple Music

Track 1 · Car, the garden '그대 작은 나의 세상이 되어' ('My whole world')

The opening song of the January 2021 EP '부재' ('Absence'). Of its five songs, the title track was track 3, '아무렇지 않은 사람' ('Doesn't matter'). Five years and eight months on, it's at No. 66 this week. Apple Music

Track 2 · DAY6 'HAPPY'

The second song on the March 2024 mini album 'Fourever'. The title track is the one right before it, track 1 'Welcome to the Show', and this week both songs are on the same chart. 'HAPPY' is at No. 62 and 'Welcome to the Show' at No. 75, so the B-side sits 13 places higher. Eleven days after the album came out, a live clip went up on DAY6's channel. Apple Music

Track 3 · WOODZ 'Drowning'

The third song on the April 2023 mini album 'OO-LI'. The title track was track 2, 'Journey'. The live clip posted on WOODZ's channel two weeks after the album had passed 72 million views as of October 16. In October 2024, KBS posted this song's stage from 'Immortal Songs' under the name '조승연 상병 (WOODZ)' (Corporal Cho Seungyoun). It's at No. 18 this week. Apple Music

Track 3 · ITZY 'THAT'S A NO NO'

The third of seven songs on the March 2020 mini album 'IT'z ME'. The title track was track 1, 'WANNABE'. A B-side six years and seven months old is at No. 93 this week. Apple Music

Track 4 · HANRORO '0+0'

The fourth song on the August 2025 mini album '자몽살구클럽' ('JAMONG SALGU CLUB'). The title track was track 6, '시간을 달리네' ('Goodbye, My Summer'). HANRORO has three songs on this chart, and two of them aren't title tracks. This one is at No. 23. Apple Music

Track 4 · DAY6 'Love me or Leave me'

The fourth song on the May 2020 mini album 'The Book of Us : The Demon'. The title track was track 2, 'Zombie'. DAY6 has six songs on this chart, and the two B-sides among them are 'HAPPY' and this one. No. 97. Apple Music

Track 5 · LEE CHANHYUK '멸종위기사랑' ('Endangered Love')

The fifth song on the July 2025 full-length album 'EROS'. In Bugs' album info, the title-track mark sits on track 3, '비비드라라러브' ('Vivid LaLa Love'). Still, this song got its own music video two days after the album came out. It's at No. 41 this week. Apple Music

Last track · HANRORO '사랑하게 될 거야' ('Landing in Love')

The last of six songs on the August 2023 mini album '이상비행' ('Take-off'). The title-track marks are on track 3, '화해' ('I'm happy'), and track 4, '금붕어' ('Goldfish'). The music video went up on HANRORO's channel the day after the album. At No. 19, it's the higher of the two songs here that close their albums. Apple Music

Last track · N.Flying 'Flashback'

The tenth of ten songs on the June 2021 first full-length album 'Man on the Moon'. The title track was track 1, 'Moonshot', so the title track and this song sit at the very beginning and end of the album. No. 84. Apple Music

All ten came out more than a year ago. Even the newest, HANRORO's '0+0', is a year and two months old, and ITZY's 'THAT'S A NO NO' and DAY6's 'Love me or Leave me' are songs from spring 2020. If you have an album you love, play it past the title track, all the way to the last one.
