Eight Ts, and 'Ready for the' with voices only: seven things you missed in Hearts2Hearts' 'Next Chapter' video
The lyrics write the T before 'tap' eight times, and every time 'Ready for the' comes around, the backing vanishes for 1.2 seconds. In a 0.6-second silence before the last chorus, the picture moves from the game's characters to the members' stage.

Hearts2Hearts released 'Next Chapter' on the 16th, a single made for the 10th anniversary of the game 'Arena of Valor'. All 72 lines of the synced lyrics on Bugs are in English, and TenAsia reported it as Hearts2Hearts' first English single. The release is covered in the October 17 news briefing. Here are seven things that are easy to miss on a rewatch. Times follow the official music video (2:58).
0:12 · Four game characters holding envelopes
Not long after the song starts, four characters from the game appear one by one, each holding an envelope tied with a ribbon. At 0:29 a member opens an envelope, and the card inside says 'Invited' in blue script.
0:30 · 'Ready for the' with voices only
From 0:30.6, the drums, bass and synths all drop out for 1.2 seconds. The only thing you hear in that gap is the three words 'Ready for the', and on 'next' at 0:32 the backing comes back all at once. On screen, a game character draws letters in light.
0:46 · Eight Ts
At 0:46 comes 'T T T T T T T T tap into the world'. The lyrics on Bugs write the letter T eight times before 'tap', and Hearts2Hearts has eight members. The line comes five times in the song.
1:15 · 'Valor' in the lyrics
In the second verse, 'Beep, Valor's with us' at 1:15 carries the 'Valor' from the game's name, 'Arena of Valor'. The line that follows at 1:27, 'Level up, level up to the max', is gaming language too. 'Next chapter, now begins', the line with the song's title, appears only twice, at 0:56 and 1:54.
1:28 · The second 'Ready for the'
From 1:28.4, the backing drops out entirely again for 1.2 seconds, and 'Ready for the' passes with voices only. Just like the first time, the drums and bass come back in time with 'next'.
2:13 · Seven seconds without bass
In the bridge that starts at 2:13 with 'Da ra dadadadada', the bass is gone for more than seven seconds. Meanwhile the camera moves in close on the members' faces one at a time. The bass returns at 2:20, after 'Now I gotcha!' and 'Gotcha, gotcha!'.
2:25 · 0.6 seconds of silence, from the game to the stage
Right before the last chorus, at 2:25.8, there is a 0.6-second gap where the backing and voices nearly all go quiet. In that short break, the game characters stand in front of a merry-go-round. At 2:26.8, with 'I just gotta', the picture moves to the members' stage. When the song ends, the 'Next Chapter' logo appears at 2:51, Hearts2Hearts at 2:53 and the 'Arena of Valor' logo at 2:54. Apple Music
According to the credits on Bugs, the lyrics are by IRIS (이리스) and Yeow, the music by WARMIT, llosewin, IRIS and Yeow, and the arrangement by WARMIT and llosewin. The song runs 2 minutes 49 seconds.
