A first overseas show after fifteen years

back number formed in 2004 and made their major debut in 2011. In Japan they are already called a national band.

And yet this is the first time they have played outside the country. Fifteen years on stages inside Japan only.

In an era where going abroad early has become ordinary, here is a band that filled fifteen years first. The first city is Seoul.

How they became known in Korea

In Korea the name also travelled through 'Heroine', sung by Sung Si-kyung. A Korean singer covering their song brought the original band along with it.

The video above is their 'Suiheisen'. A reasonable place to hear what a band that sings ballads actually sounds like.

Two nights, the same hour

Both the 12th and the 13th start at 6pm. Only one day sits between the two shows.

KINTEX Hall 9 is an exhibition hall used as a venue. Standing and reserved seats exist side by side, and standing R costs the same as reserved R. Choosing between standing and sitting is this concert's decision.

Before you go

This weekend. KINTEX is reached from Daehwa Station on Line 3 or Daegok Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.

They are a band with many ballads, but there are standing sections. Work out first whether you can stand for close to two hours.
