Every time the bass catches its breath, the screen turns red: tripleS's 'Andless'
One second on 'endless', one second after '끝까지 Andless', 1.9 seconds on 'Are You Breathless?'. Wherever the bass drops out, the screen turns black or red, and in the second verse 'Never Stop Now' becomes 'Never Die Now'.

tripleS released 'Andless', from the 24-member full-group single '<LOVE&POP> pt.2', at 1 p.m. on October 16. The album introduction on Bugs describes it as a single carrying the '&' that links pt.1 'LOVE' and pt.3 'POP', made together with the music team behind 'KPop Demon Hunters'. We split the sound into four parts, vocals, drums, bass and everything else, and lined the picture up in 0.2-second steps, and wherever the backing drops away, the picture changes with it. Times follow the official music video (2:54).
0:00 · Six seconds opening on red eyes
The first shot is a pair of eyes bathed in red light. For the first six seconds only bass and synth play; the voice and drums come in together at 0:06.
0:20 · The bass drops on 'endless'
In '깨어난 Third Eye, 끝이 없는 Cycle' ("Third Eye awakened, an endless Cycle"), the bass drops out for a little over a second from 0:20.7, right as '끝이 없는' ("endless") is sung. At the tail of it, 0:21.6, the screen briefly goes black too. At the spot where the song sings about the endlessness in its title, it empties out the floor first.
0:42 · One second after '끝까지 Andless', red silhouettes
After '끝까지 Andless' ("Andless to the end"), the bass drops out again for 1.1 seconds from 0:42.7. In that gap, at 0:43.2, the screen turns into black silhouettes on a red background, and at 0:43.9 the bass returns as the chorus, 'We Too Andless', begins. The first chorus is danced in black outfits in a white studio. That's the scene in our main photo.
1:15 · 1.2 seconds with drums and bass both stopped
At the end of the second verse's 'Now I'm All They Thought I'd Never Be', from 1:15.5, the drums and bass stop together for 1.2 seconds, leaving only the voice. At that moment, four members stand side by side in a corridor, looking into the camera.
1:22 · 'Never Stop Now' becomes 'Never Die Now'
'Never Stop Now', which followed 'I'm Invincible' at 0:27 in the first verse, turns into 'Never Die Now' at 1:22 in the second. It's the same phrase as 'Girls Never Die', the song tripleS put on <ASSEMBLE24> in May 2024.
1:37 · The second chorus flips it
After the second '끝까지 Andless' at 1:36.7, the bass again drops out for 1.1 seconds from 1:37.5, and at 1:38.0 the screen goes red again. But the second chorus that follows (1:38.7) flips the first: it's danced in white outfits on a rooftop at night.
2:00 · 'In Acceleration', running without drums
From 2:00.7, as the bridge 'In Acceleration, Wind On My Skin' begins, the drums drop out for a little over five seconds and only the bass remains. The picture moves from members seen from the bottom of a staircase, looking up, to a shot at 2:04 where arms in black gloves meet to form an arch. The drums come back around 2:06, as 'Aim For The Stars' arrives.
2:22 · The 1.9 seconds of 'Are You Breathless?'
After the last '끝까지 Andless', from 2:22.7, where 'Are You Breathless?' comes in, the drums and bass stop together for 1.9 seconds. Here too, the screen shows the members' silhouettes on a red background. The red silhouettes return every time at these three spots where the bass drops out (0:43, 1:38, 2:23). The song ends at 2:44.7. Apple Music
The Bugs credits list Melanie Fontana, Lindgren, Ilja Krut, JARO and A-Dee on composition, Christian Fast, Yoo Ji Sang and the composers on lyrics, and Lindgren on arrangement. News of the release is in the October 16 briefing.

Not the title track, still on the chart: 10 B-sides, and DAY6's 'HAPPY' sits 13 places above its title track
We opened the albums behind the 100 songs on the Bugs weekly chart for the second week of October, and 13 songs had no title-track mark. Leaving out three whose music videos came out before their albums, here are ten, in order of where they sit on their albums, from track 1 to the very last track.

A rose blooms on 'a fragile light shines in', a leap on 'Coming back to life': SUNGHANBIN's 'UNDEAD'
The music video opens with an orange butterfly that flies off before the song begins and closes with a butterfly that returns after the song fades. During the one-second fall from a building the drums and bass drop out, and through the seven seconds of the bridge, spent hanging on a wall with wings of debris, the drums go empty.
