The First Full Album the Five of Them Filled — fromis_9's 'Vitamin ME'

Their first full album as five

fromis_9 are five members now. Their contract with the previous agency ended in late 2024, and in early 2025 Song Hayoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Nagyung, Lee Chaeyoung and Baek Jiheon regrouped under a new agency. They carried the team name with them.

Since then they've put out a mini album and made their Japanese debut, and now a full album. As a studio album, it's their first in three years since 2023. So 'Glow ME' isn't just a comeback — it carries the weight of being the first full album the new lineup has filled from scratch.

The road here

Here's the trail since regrouping as five. In the summer of 2025 they made a full-group comeback with a mini album; that winter came a special single; in the spring of 2026 they debuted in Japan. And now, this summer, a second studio album.

They've rebuilt it one step at a time. The name is the same, but today's fromis_9 set out again from a place where they have to prove themselves. Knowing that, the title 'Glow ME' reads a little differently — the promise to shine sounds like a resolution.

Bright on the surface, direct underneath

The title track 'Vitamin ME' is a bright song, like a summer vitamin, just as the name suggests. This one wasn't written by the members — it was made by outside writers.

Look inside the album, though, and it's different. On the B-side 'Cold Blood', Chaeyoung, Nagyung and Jiheon took part as a unit; on 'Why do I cry?', Hayoung and Jiwon as a unit; and Baek Jiheon is credited as a lyricist on 'DAY 1'. They lead with a bright title while planting what they want to say directly into the B-sides.

'The most radiant me'

The phrase running through the whole album is 'the most radiant me'. It's a message close to self-love — finding yourself after passing through many encounters and moments of growth. It's a natural subject for a group that has rebuilt itself, too.

There are ten tracks in all. It's a bit much to listen to only the one title and move on — there are several songs inside with the members' hands on them.

Discovery note

Play it in the morning, on your way to work or school. It lives up to the name vitamin, so it goes down especially well when you're not quite awake. Open your day with the bright title, and when you have room to breathe, move on to the unit tracks. You'll feel the temperature shift completely within the same album.
