He:ro is a singer-songwriter whose name borrows the spelling of the English word 'hero.' As the 32nd musician on NONOL LIVE, He:ro took the final stage at the pirate-ship playground of Byeotgol Children's Park in Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It's the very same playground where BALDU, featured on October 18 and Yun Jeong Hoon, featured on October 16 sang. The theme that day was 'He:ro, standing on the border between adult and child,' and He:ro sang three songs with a single acoustic guitar. Split the sound by instrument, and from start to finish it's guitar and voice, nothing else. Times follow the video.

0:00 NEVERLAND

A song by TARIN and Long:D, which He:ro introduced as one made together with the two of them. The singing starts over the guitar at 0:19, and at 0:54 comes '약속해 여긴 Neverland' ("I promise, this place is Neverland"). After the song, He:ro said that when thinking about what to sing first for children at a playground, this was the song that came to mind. The video description adds that even as grown-ups, we still need a place like Neverland.

Then came the story behind the name. Thinking about what kind of person to be through music, He:ro realized the wish wasn't to make music for other people or for the world, but music that rescues one's own heart. So the name He:ro carries the idea of becoming your own hero inside the music.

4:24 햇살 닮은 길 (A Road Like Sunlight)

A song about a mother and a daughter. He:ro made clear first that it isn't a true story about He:ro's own mother. It's about a daughter who, while growing up, slowly comes to understand the mother and seems to take after the mother's heart. The description says He:ro really wanted listeners to hear the line '따스한 햇살에 반짝이는 나를 사랑했지' ("you loved me, sparkling in the warm sunlight"). After the song, He:ro said watching the children run around during the singing was a joy.

9:20 달 (Moon)

He:ro wrote this song while preparing for university entrance exams. Having a life goal for the first time meant giving up everything except the time spent on that dream, including seeing friends. One day, on the way home after the exam, the moon was so pretty that He:ro missed those friends, but after so long out of touch, the courage wasn't there. In the end, using the pretty moon as an excuse, He:ro called and asked, 'Looking at the moon made me feel better. How about you?', and wrote this song in one go that same day. It begins at 9:47 with '저 달을 보며 난 널 그려내' ("looking at that moon, I picture you"). He:ro said the plan was to give it a better arrangement with NONOL and release it as a track.

On December 22 that year, 'NONOL VOL 28. Christmas with NONOL' came out with He:ro's 'Wish' on it. Apple Music According to the description, the first musician at the playground after Byeotgol Children's Park was Junguk.
